HJ Ward

Stuart Gilhooly - Qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Stuart has been a member of Law Society Council since 1999 and of the council of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association (DSBA) since 2000. He is the current editor of the DSBA publication "The Parchment". He is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. He has been working with H J Ward & Co since he began his apprenticeship in 1992 and has specialised in the area of litigation since qualification. Stuart has acted for personal injury claimants, defendants, persons accused of road traffic offences, in family law matters and, on occasion, in matters of commercial litigation.
